Street Photography · Berlin
You know the shot. Your body won't take it.
This is the only workshop in Berlin that fixes that.
"I freeze every time I try to photograph someone."
Most street photography workshops work on the technical problem. They teach composition, timing, how to read the light. The technique is not the problem.
The problem is in the body. The hesitation before raising the camera. The freeze when someone looks back. That's a physiological response. It doesn't respond to information.
Efi is a yoga teacher and a trained actress. She works on the body before the first shot. Most participants break through in the first 30 minutes. They leave with photographs that prove they did.
The street is a stage. You just need someone to walk out onto it with you first.
Photography classes and workshops in English, German, and Greek · Street photography in public spaces in Germany is legal. The workshop covers where and how.
When you watch someone else approach a stranger, something shifts. You find yourself going next. The group does something solo instruction can't. Four hours, six people maximum.
Every block is different. The 1:1 gives Efi room to work on yours. Four hours, full attention, built around whatever is stopping you.
The same workshop, at full depth, in the language you actually think in. For Berlin's Greek community and visiting Greek photographers. Small group.
Sessions fill up. Write early.
"Acting and photography come from the same place: watching people. The street is a stage. My camera is the only prop I need."
I started photography in Greece. I've been in Berlin for years, shooting its streets while working as an actress. Both come from the same habit: reading people.
I'm also a yoga teacher. Acting, photography, yoga. Not a portfolio. That's why this workshop is different. I help you with your body before we touch the camera.

These are Efi's own photographs, not client work and not workshop output. The moments that stopped her, from the streets she teaches on. Edition of ten, signed, with a certificate of authenticity.
The shop opens once the first sessions have run. If you've walked with Efi, you get access first. You already know these streets. The print is how you keep them.
